Ukunciphisa imifuno ngamafutha angama-semi-solid enziwe kwi-oyile yemifuno ngokusebenzisa iinkqubo ezifana ne-hydrogenation, ukudibanisa, kunye ne-crystallization. Isetyenziswa kakhulu ukubhaka, ukuqhotsa, kunye nokulungiswa kokutya ngenxa yokuzinza kwayo okuphezulu kunye nokugudiswa kwayo. Umgca wemveliso wokunciphisa imifuno ubandakanya amanqanaba amaninzi abalulekileyo okuqinisekisa umgangatho, ukuhambelana, kunye nokhuseleko lokutya.
1. IiNkqubo zeMveliso yokuNcitshiswa kwemifuno
(1) Ukulungiswa kwe-oyile kunye nokudibanisa
- I-Oli yemifuno esulungekisiweyo:I-oyile yesiseko (i-soya, isundu, i-cottonseed, okanye i-canola) iyacocwa ukususa ukungcola.
- Ukudibanisa:Ii-oyile ezahlukeneyo zixutywe ukufezekisa ukuthungwa okufunwayo, indawo yokunyibilika, kunye nokuzinza.
(2) Ukufakwa kweHadrojeni (Ngokuzikhethela)
- Inxalenye ye-hydrogenation ingasetyenziselwa ukunyusa ukuzinza kunye nomxholo oqinileyo wamafutha (nangona abaninzi abavelisi ngoku basebenzisa iindlela ezingezizo ze-hydrogenated ngenxa yeenkxalabo ze-trans fat).
- I-Catalyst & Hydrogen Gas:Ioli iphathwa nge-nickel catalyst kunye negesi ye-hydrogen phantsi kobushushu obulawulwayo kunye noxinzelelo.
(3) Emulsification & Additives Mixing
- I-Emulsifiers (umzekelo, i-lecithin, i-mono- kunye ne-diglycerides) yongezwa ukuphucula ukuthungwa.
- Izilondolozo, i-antioxidants (umzekelo, i-TBHQ, i-BHA), kunye ne-flavorings zingabandakanywa.
(4) Ukupholisa kunye neCrystallization (Ubushushu)
- Umxube we-oyile upholiswa ngokukhawuleza kwi-aumtshintshi wobushushu okhutshiweyo (SSHE)ukwenza iikristale zamafutha ezizinzileyo.
- Izitya zeCrystallization:Imveliso ibanjwe phantsi kweemeko ezilawulwayo ukuphuhlisa ukuhambelana okufanelekileyo.
(5) Ukupakishwa
- Ushunqulelo lupakishwe ngaphakathiiibhate zeplastiki, iiemele, okanye izikhongozeli ezininzi kwimizi-mveliso.
- Ukugungxulwa kwenitrogen kungasetyenziselwa ukwandisa ubomi beshelufu.
